Pro-Pack

The Casablanca Pro-Pack includes many features which had been reserved to the "high end" Casablanca systems before. Now you can upgrade your Casablanca Avio / CLARO / Gymnos / S-2000 (and Enterprise) and use many new professional functions.

A printed manual is available for this product.

  • You can select from up to ten different projects (Smart Edit 6: thirty projects).

  • A new "split" button allows you to instantly split of your captured video clips into smaller clips. (You'll need to have an Avio with the DV option in order to use the new feature.)

  • The Pro Pack enables you to use up to six audio tracks in your Audio mix screen.

  • A waveform display represents sound over a period of time. The height of the curve shows the different volume levels. You can hear your scene's audio while you're scrolling through it - this is called audio scrubbing. The waveform helps you to find the exact split positions for video and audio.

  • You can transfer audio- and video clips from one project into another with the aid of a Clipboard.

  • Finish screen: The new range button lets you record a selected portion of your storyboard to tape, rather than the entire storyboard.

  • Full size preview option for video effects and titles.

  • Clicking the "Scene" button creates an entire scene from a rendered effect, the effect and its surrounding scenes or any number of scenes that you specify. This procedure makes it possible to use more than one effect on a particular scene.

  • You can select between the standard "4:3" video format or the "16:9" mode which is becoming increasingly popular in the TV / video field (PAL users only).

  • Clipboard for video scenes and audio clips
The clipboard allows you to copy video scenes and audio clips from one project into another.

  • Transition: ZI-Page Turn

  • ...
